- 向香港的某邮轮公司提供咨询服务。具体咨询内容是在一艘大型邮轮的单位将出售给投资者的情况下，该邮轮公司提出的“业主的股票期权计划”。
- 代理世界上最大的船东之一兼公认的国际能源运输领袖最近与香港最大的船东之一的子公司建立了合资企业的事务。就与交易有关的股东协议、管理协议等文件草案，以及与交易结构有关的其它的企业/公司事项，向我方客户提供咨询。新成立的合资公司的初始投资价值超过9800万美元，将见证其共同运营的一艘巨型油轮。
- 我方代表管理层以600万美元收购了一家香港船舶管理公司的股份。我方为买卖协议和股东协议等交易文件的磋商和编制提供咨询。
- 代理香港著名的航运家族根据信托基金会的规定以7700万美元的价格买卖香港一家大型船舶公司的股份的事务。我方为所有交易文件的磋商和编制提供咨询。
- 为客户收购澳大利亚的某家矿业公司提供交易事项和文件编制的咨询。
- 代理在中国从事房地产开发的某公司向私人股本投资者发行股票的事务，并就相关的交易问题和文件的编制提供咨询。
- 被纽约某大型律师事务所任命为海事特别顾问，来协助对一宗大型公司收购案进行尽职调查。在该宗收购案下，根据造船合同购买的九辆专用车辆将被捆绑在一家新的控股公司之下，并由买方收购。
