We are pleased to announce that Colette Kelly has joined as a new Partner in our Regulatory Solutions team.

In her new role, Colette will provide expert advice and representation on white-collar crime matters, with a particular focus on fraud, proceeds of crime and asset forfeiture. She will also lend her expertise to a wide range of regulatory issues, working alongside existing partners to promote Ince as a leader in regulatory solutions.

Colette is a highly respected criminal and regulatory lawyer, and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in investigations and enforcement proceedings. In her previous role, she represented individuals in complex and high-profile cases brought by the FCA, SFO, HMRC and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.

Colette is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners legal directories.
