Janine’s extensive knowledge and reputation for both speed and efficiency is of great benefit to her clients. Her time management skills and lateral thinking enables her to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to all transactions.
Janine has over 15 years’ experience specialised in Real Estate law. She deals with a wide range of real estate issues including but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold land;
- Rectification of title;
- Portfolio management;
- Option agreements;
- Assignment, Variation and Surrender of leases; and
- Financing.
Janine deals with high-value transactions and technical real estate matters alongside standard real estate transactions. She has worked for a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants, investors, owner/occupiers, developers, lenders and financiers. She has worked both in private practice and as an in-house solicitor for both Local Authority and Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE plc).
