One private wealth solution, tailored to your requirements

Our Private Wealth offering provides a fully integrated range of advisory services including legal, tax, financial and wealth planning - in a single, seamless solution.

Whether you need something simple, like drafting a Will, or something more complex, like advice on restructuring multi-jurisdictional personal and business assets – we can help.

One seamless solution, on a global scale

Our clients range from high-net-worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs with complex, financial affairs to more modestly wealthy individuals and families with simpler requirements. We offer all of our clients, whether in the UK or abroad, a holistic, complementary range of solutions through a single managed service.

Our services include legal, tax advisory, disputes and compliance, wealth planning, fiduciary, corporate finance and private office - to assist in growing, preserving and protecting our clients’ wealth.

Simplifying wealth advisory services

We remove the complexities and risks of you having to personally ‘project-manage’ services from multiple advisers – including lawyers, accountants, financial advisers and investment managers. Our Private Wealth offering protects you from navigating the world of professional services alone, by bringing together all relevant advice in one place.

Supporting you throughout your wealth journey

Whether you are a business owner or entrepreneur with complex financial affairs, or an individual looking for legal and wealth management support – we can help. Our experts will support you throughout your wealth journey - from starting out in accumulating wealth, to protecting wealth, through to wealth divestment (whether in retirement or simply passing on to the next generation).

Case studies

Complex sale of high-value property with deceased co-owner

Our client wanted to sell a high-value property they had previously co-owned as a joint tenant. However, the co-owner was deceased, and due to the sensitive nature of the death, they wanted to remove the deceased from the property title before selling.

Planning for retirement: tailored cashflow modelling based on our client’s needs

Our client was approaching retirement age, and wanted to set up a financial plan to receive an income in a tax-efficient manner from their various investments. Alongside this, the plan needed to consider their inheritance tax position.

Planning for a family in South-East Asia

We helped a family with significant worldwide business interests and who are based in South-East Asia put succession measures and divorce protection in place for their children and grandchildren.

Pre-nuptial agreement for international, high-value assets

Planning a wedding is a joyful and exciting experience. In the past, any talk of a pre-nuptial agreement was viewed as being at odds with this special time. That is no longer the case, and these agreements provide security and certainty for couples getting married and starting a new life together.

Future provision for a family in accordance with Sharia law

The client was concerned about how to provide for his family in accordance with Sharia law and to minimise his UK tax exposure.  The trust structure that was implemented for his family allowed him to deal with both of these issues and was flexible so as to remain efficient as the family’s circumstances changed.
